Rob from Burtech installed a complete new PBX for us. His pricing was very competetive and we are extremely happy with the installation and customer support he gave us.

We are a small building with residental and holiday makers and have gone from terrible Wi-Fi - basically none to fantastic Wi-Fi with residents and guests extremely happy! All thanks to Rob from Burtech, the installation and service has been amazing.

Rob and the Burtech team have been wonderful to work with. After struggling with multiple service providers and several different products, it has been refreshing to work with a company which has a vast understanding of various available products, as well as being able to analyze our business needs and make suggestions which add value to our organisation. Rob was able to clearly breakdown what we would need to achieve our desired results, and how that would be delivered. Even the smallest issue along the way was dealt with promptly and we were regularly consulted to make sure the progress was as expected and everything was working properly. Burtech has assisted us to re-develop our phone system, for desk phones and cordless units and is now further developing our aging network to allow for continued expansion. It has been lovely to work with a professional in his field. Highly recommend
